What Ekko is
Ekko gives a church or organisation an app for its members: attendance, announcements, events, sermons, the Bible, prayer requests, messages to the pastor, membership dues and giving. A church subscribes monthly; its members use the app at no charge.
The subscription
The monthly amount depends on how many members the church has on its roll, counted again at each billing cycle, so a church that grows pays the higher amount from the next cycle. The amount shown on the subscription page before you pay is the amount that will be charged. All amounts are in Indian rupees and include any taxes we are required to collect.
The subscription renews every month until it is cancelled. If a payment is not collected, the church's account is locked: the data is kept, but only signing in and reading the Bible remain available until payment is made.
Your church's data
The church owns the information it puts into Ekko. We store and process it to provide the service, and we do not sell it. See our privacy policy.
Money given by members
Offerings and dues paid by members go directly into the church's own payment account. We never hold that money and are not a party to it.
Stopping
You may cancel at any time; see refunds and cancellation. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully, or that does not pay.
Limits
Ekko is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount paid for the month in question.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction.
