Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling
A subscription can be cancelled at any time — from the UPI app or bank that approved it, or by writing to us at [EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future charges. The church keeps its access until the end of the month already paid for, after which the account locks but nothing is deleted.
Refunds
Because the service is available for the whole month as soon as it is paid, monthly payments are not refunded once the month has begun. We do refund:
- a payment taken after you cancelled;
- a duplicate payment for the same church and month;
- a month in which the service was unusable because of a fault on our side.
Write to [EMAIL] with the church name and the payment date. We answer within 3 working days, and an approved refund reaches the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Member offerings and dues
Money members give to their church is not ours to refund — it goes straight into the church's own payment account. Ask the church.
